While we hope that you never have a problem with our nameplates, we recognize that we aren't perfect — so when we make a mistake, we'll do our best to make it right.

If you find that you are missing parts, or your CD instructions are corrupt, or anything else has gone horribly wrong, please send us an email or use our contact form. As a small shop, we might not be able to respond immediately, but we'll do so as soon as we can.
