Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order before it ships, we will refund your card less a 5% cancellation fee to cover our processing costs.
If you decide to cancel your order between the time it ships and before it arrives, contact us, then ship the unopened nameplate back to us at your own expense and we will refund your card less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
Returns
If you find that you need to return a nameplate for some reason, promptly contact us by email or through our contact form and give us a chance to correct the problem.
But if we can't make you happy, return the complete, undamaged nameplate and we'll refund the purchase price less shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Incomplete returns and returns damaged by the customer will receive a partial refund.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons that arise more than two weeks after the customer received the order.
